  • 4. Refill Policy
    We provide free drop refill within 30 days only for the following services:

  • 5. Changing Account Link
    If the account link is changed after placing the order, no refill will be provided because the system is connected to the original submitted link.
  • 6. YouTube Views
    We do not guarantee that the video will not be removed, closed, or deleted under any circumstances. Orders are placed at your own responsibility.
  • 7. After Order Starts
    Once the order starts, whether followers or likes, you cannot request cancellation under any circumstances.
  • 8. Refund Policy
    Funds cannot be refunded to PayPal after being added to the website. They can only be used to request services.
  • 9. Agreement Not to Dispute
    Once you pay and fund your account, you agree not to open any complaint or dispute against the website for any reason.
  • 10. In Case of Dispute
    If you open a complaint or dispute, we reserve the right to:
    • Stop all your previous, current, and future orders
    • Permanently ban your account
    • Remove all followers from your account or your clients’ accounts
  • 11. Order Cancellation
    No order can be canceled or refunded after execution unless the system fails to complete it.
  • 12. Website Right to Cancel
    BlashSMM has the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice or explanation.
  • 13. Delivery Time
    There is no fixed delivery time for any service. If you resell our services to clients, do not promise a fixed delivery time, as delivery may vary depending on social platform updates.
  • 14. Two Orders on the Same Link
    Do not place two different orders on the same account link before the first order is completed. In this case, only one order will be delivered and the second will be considered completed.
  • 15. Switching Account to Private
    If the account is switched to private during an Instagram or Twitter service, the service will be considered completed even if the account is made public again later.
  • 16. Price Changes
    Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

    BlashSMM is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your accounts or pages. Any order is placed at your full personal responsibility.
  • 18. Delivery Time Guarantee

Refund Policy
